Already, Inteco has just set up a Moroccan structure, equipped with 13.5 million euros, to invest 488 million euros for the construction, in the Rif, of a residential project over 48 hectares with a nine-hole golf course, tennis and trade centre.

The Russian group also intends to implement a second project near the city of Tétouan.

To be built on a surface area of 1,200 hectares and at a cost of 436 million euros, the project will comprise hotels, a golf course and residential complexes.

In addition to the Russian enterprise, several other groups from Spain and France, among others, are building major projects in northern Morocco. Panapress .
