Maputo riots blamed on rising wheat prices in Southern Africa -
Seems like an excesively expansionary monetary policy (the government "printing" too much money and hence diminishing its value vis a vis the value of other goods) than international prices of food or gasoline. First because there is a devaluation of the currency. Seconf, because in other thirld world countries there was no such inflation.
