President Bai Koroma off to Senegal

Freetown, Sierra Leone (PANA) – Sierra Leonean President Earnest Bai Koroma left Freetown on Saturday for Senegal for a one-day visit at the invitation of President Abdoulaye Wade during which discussions on development of infrastructure in Sierra Leone is high on the agenda.

According to Presidential Affairs Minister Alhaji Alpha Kanu, President Wade sent his private jet to carry President Bai Koroma to Senegal.

The two leaders would look at improvement of infrastructure in Freetown and the provinces, especially in the area of provision of affordable housing for low and middle income families.

On Monday, a Senegalese architect Pierre Gudiaby Atepa paid a courtesy call on President Bai Koroma to discuss the subject
