Russian company, Inteco, embarks on a one billion euro project in Morocco
Inteco, the real estate subsidiary of the Russian gas company Gazprom, has announced its intention to invest nearly one billion euros in real estate and tourist projects in Northern Morocco, the local press reported.

Already, Inteco has just set up a Moroccan structure, equipped with 13.5 million euros, to invest 488 million euros for the construction, in the Rif, of a residential project over 48 hectares with a nine-hole golf course, tennis and trade centre.

The Russian group also intends to implement a second project near the city of Tétouan.

To be built on a surface area of 1,200 hectares and at a cost of 436 million euros, the project will comprise hotels, a golf course and residential complexes.
