After a protracted homecoming, President Umaru Musa Yar’Adua has returned and has resumed office today, according to reports.

After a protracted homecoming, President Umaru Musa Yar’Adua has returned and has resumed office today, according to report.

The president who was away on a lesser Hajj and on a medical attention made his lingering return a fortnight ago. He is expected to make an official statement on the condition of his health anytime this week.

Prayers have been offered for the president from all nooks and crannies, even from Ekiti State Governor, Mr. Segun Oni. Also commenting on the president’s health, Nigeria’s High Commissioner to Ghana, Senator Musiliu Obanikoro thanked God the president was back and alive.’ Those who were thinking otherwise have been shamed. We pray God to strengthen him and give him long life.’ He added.

Most Nigerians are however only interested in the leader to return to the business of the country and deliver.
