The arrival of the Zambian team in Kumasi, Ghana, is reported to be marked by the sad loss of baggage belonging to some of their officials. This was confirmed by the Team’s Manager, Solly Pandor, who also said that the lost luggage contains the team’s jerseys as well as other important items.
They are currently busily liaising with Immigration departments of all the countries they transited prior to their arrival. They are, however, not leaving any stones unturned. Deliberations have already begun to find how best replacements for the jerseys could be made.
