The document also called on neighbouring countries to strictly adhere to the CEN-SAD security convention and called on all member countries of the community to support efforts of Libyan leader Mouammar Kadhafi and Congolese President Denis Sassou Nguesso, through the mandate of the 10th AU summit, to find an urgent solution to the crisis.
