The Rabat International Athletics meet will take place on 14 June, the Moroccan Royal Athletics Association (FRMA) said here on Tuesday. The competition, supported by the African Athletics Confederation, will also be supported by the Brussels Van Damme Memorial whose chairman, Wilfried Meeret, has just signed a partnership agreement for that purpose with the Moroccan sports authorities in Rabat. On 7 January, the chairman of the London 2012 Olympics and former Olympic champion, British national Sebastian Coe, expressed his desire to support the Rabat International meet.
