Libyan revolutionary leader, Mouammar Kadhafi, on Monday r eceived in Sirte, Central Libya, the former British Prime Minister, Tony Blair, c urrently visiting the North African country. One Libyan official source said the Libyan leader and Mr Blair reviewed several international issues. The former British Prime Minister arrived in the city of Sirte late Monday morning.
