Uche Ndubuisi pleaded guilty to cross dressing charges and was sentenced to 18 months in prison by a court in Lagos. He was not given the option of a fine. Uche was arrested loitering around Lagos international airport and admitted that womens clothes and makeup in his possession belonged to him. Cross dressing in Nigeria is linked to homosexuality which is illegal in the country. BBC
