Two persons were killed and a third seriously injured in a plane crash in Zimbabwe, police said Thursday. They said the small, privately-owned aircraft crashed on take-off Wednesday in the capital, Harare, after developing engine problems. It burst into flames after hitting the ground, killing two persons on board and injuring another. Police said the plane was en route to Botswana, and identified the deceased and the injured as medical doctors going to a university in Botswana. It is unclear what caused the crash, but investigations into the accident have started. Panapress
