Malian customs Thursday seized more than 400kg of marijuana in the south central locality of Fana, customs sources said Friday in Bamako. They said the drug was hidden in a minibus travelling on the Fana-Bamako road. This comes a few days after 5 kg of cocaine were seized by customs officers in Kouremale, at the border with Guinea. Since 2005, customs officers in Fana have seized over 1,000 kg of various narcotics. Panapress.
