Maghreb volleyball clubs qualify for African semi-finals

The Libyan clubs of Sweihli, Zamelek and Al-Ahli of Egypt as well as the Espérance Sportive of Tunis have qualified for the semi-finals at the end of the 27th African volley-ball championship quarter-finals played in Muserata (200 km east of Tripoli) on Monday. Following are the results: Sweihli (Libya) – JS (Kenya) 3 sets to 2 Al-Ahli (Egypt) – Army (Egypt) 3 sets to 1 Espérance sportive (Tunisia) – Al-Ahli Benghazi (Libya) 3 sets to 0 Zemalek (Egypt) – Al-Ahli Tripoli (Libya) 3 sets to 0
