New inflation record for Eurozone

Inflation has gone up from 3.1% in December 2007 to 3.6% in March 2008 in the eurozone setting a new record and being at its highest in 16 years. At the same time last year inflation was at 1.9% (Euronews). According to The Financial Times, France has had the biggest annual inflation in eleven years and Germany has also experienced two months of price increases.
