After Pakistan, this afternoon the Olympic Torch toured New Dehli and security was once again an issue. As in most of its last visits the itinerary of the torch was shortened to improve security against pro Tibet protestors. Even so a surprisingly high number of arrests were made, at least 170 according to Times of India.
