A prosecutor announced that Tariq Aziz the former Iraqi Deputy Prime Minister has been called to court in a case involving the killing of dozens of merchants in 1992 according to Reuters. His role in the killing was not revealed as Moussawi, an Iraqi prosecutor, only said Its believed he is involved in the case. Other members of the Saddam regime are involved in the trial including Watban Ibrahim al-Hassan Saddams half brother.
