Morocco Khourigba club and Ivorian Asec Abidjan in a goaless draw

Ivorian club, Asec Abidjan, and their Moroccan counterparts, Olympic club of Khourigba, draw 0-0 Sunday at the Felix Houphouët Boigny Stadium in a first-leg, third-round African champions’ League football competition, panapress reported here. Although the hosts lacked proper co-ordination in the attack and midfield, they managed to dominate play merely because of good ball possession and solid defence. Despite some very few attempts, the Moroccans did not look serious in their campaign. The second-leg encounter in two weeks will be hosted by Khourigba.
