Tunisia’s national computer safety agency warned Tuesday against a false electronic message entitled “Invitation” circulating a dangerous virus “Hoax”. In a communiqué, the Agency said “the virus, transmitted at national and international levels, is likely to burn the hard disk of your computer.” It recommended non-transmission of the message to other people, adding that the aim of the false alert messages was to create panic and clog up e-mail servers. Computer science has increasingly permeated all the public and private sectors in Tunisia.
