Eighteen people died while six others were injured Thursday in a crash involving three vehicles along the Benin-Akure road in southern Nigeria. According to local press reports, 15 of the passengers died on the spot, while others died upon arrival at the hospital. The accident involved an 18-seater passenger bus, a Peugeot taxi and a private bus.
