The head of the Spanish government, Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero, is expected Friday on a visit to Morocco, at the end of which he will go to Paris, France, to attend the summit for the launch of the Mediterranean Union (UPM), diplomatic sources revealed Monday. Sources said that during his stay, Zapatero will hold talks with the Moroccan Prime Minister, Abbas El Fassi, and King Mohammed VI. According to the sources, the talks are expected to focus on investments and migration, in addition to the plan to establish the Mediterranean Union.
