A Mauritian Airbus with over 350 passengers on board made an emegency landing at Kenya’s second largest airport, the Moi International Airport, on Thursday after developing a technical fault, aviation sources said. The Airbus, which was flying from Mauritius to Germany, landed safely, the officials said on the condition of anonymity. They said while within the Kenyan airspace, the aircraft developed a technical fault and its engine started to leak, forcing the pilot to make the emergency landing. The officials did not immediately give details on the airline which operated the aircraft.
