Health officials in ZImbabwe said Friday a cholera out break near the capital Harare had killed four people and left more than 30 others hospitalised. The first case of the outbreak, in Harare’s dormitary town of Chitungwiza, was reported Monday, and prompted a mobilisation of resources to contain it. But officials said four people had been killed, and at least 35 others seriously sick in hospital. Poor sanitation, including broken sewerage pipes, are thought to have caused the outbreak.
