National show on traditional culinary arts to open in Benin

The first national show on traditional culinary arts in Benin will be held from 23 to 27 September in Cotonou, sources close to the ministry of culture, handicrafts and tourism, organisers of the event, revealed Friday. The show, which will take place at Friendship Stadium, will showcase the assorted types of national culinary arts. At the end of the show, a book will be published on Beninese traditional culinary arts, its assets, recipees and how to cook them.
