The Ethiopian government has been accused of killing about fifty people and wounding fifty others in the village of Moohaya, by a rebel group known as the Ogaden National Liberation Front. Their claims substantiate earlier accusations made by the Human rights Watch in June when the Military was reportedly involved in massacres with the hope of dissuading the rebel movement.
