A thirty two year old woman from Ogun State in south-west Nigeria has died of complications after giving birth, thursday, to a set of sextuplets. It is reported that the woman, Mrs. Ajoke Bello, was hospitalised for excessive bleeding after a caesarean section delivery. The hospital has announced that she was under close monitoring as the medical team did not leave any stone unturned to ensure that she was alive.
