Zimbabwean judge, Livingstone Chipadze, was arrested Friday in Mutare for authorising the conditional release of Roy Bennet, Romandie News reported. Mr. Chipadze has been charged with abuse of power. Mr. Roy Bennet was nominated as Minister for Agriculture in Morgan Tsvangirais government.
