The Libyan State will file a lawsuit against Geneva (In Switzerland) in a Geneva court following the arrest last July, of Hannibal Gaddafi, son of Libyan president, 24 Heures reported Monday. Hannibal Gaddafi accused of domestic abuse by his domestic personnel. The incident triggered a crisis between the two countries, which led Tripoli implement a series of retaliatory measures. Two Swiss nationals have been banned from Libyan territory since last summer.
