Information released, Monday, by the family of Sudanese Islamist opposition Hassan al-Turabi has claimed that he has been freed from detention, TV5 reports. He was arrested mid-January after having asked Sudanese President Omar el-Bashir to go before the International Criminal Court. Hassan al-Turabi is the leader of the Popular Congress Party (PCP), one of the main opposition in Sudan.
