The former President of Madagascar Marc Ravalomanana will not leave the territory of Madagascar, according to L’Express. He is reported to have said after Andry Rajoelina, president of the “Haute Autorité de Transition” (High Authority of Transition – HAT), lifted an order prohibiting him (Ravalomanana) and his ministers from leaving the country.
