Omar el-Bashir, Sudanese president, under the International Criminal Court’s arrest warrant, landed Wednesday in Cairo, Egypt, L’Expression has reported. During his visit to the country, he will meet with Egyptian President, Hosni Mubarak. This is his second visit outside Sudan since his arrest warrant. Omar el-Bashir also visited Eritrea on Monday.
