A national conference will be held on April 2 and 3 to discuss preparations for the organization of a Presidential election, Malagasy Government spokesperson said Tuesday, according to TV5. The objective of the conference is to deliberate on the development of a new fourth republic Constitution, Augustine Andriamanaroro explained to the International Community, which has condemned the power change in Madagascar.
