Countries in the Southern Africa Development Community (SADC) should adopt an economic aid plan of about 2 billion dollars to Zimbabwe at their next summit scheduled to take place Monday in Cape Town (South Africa), L’Express has reported. The SADC could also place economic sanctions on Madagascar.
