Sudanese President Omar el-Bashir, who is under an International Criminal Court (ICC) arrest warrant will embark on an official visit to Ethiopia Thursday, the Qatari channel Al Jazeera has announced. He is reported to have made a stop Thursday morning in Libya. It is the Sudanese President’s third trip abroad since the arrest warrant was issued.
