Three hundred people were reported missing when a boat, carrying illegal immigrants to Europe, sunk off the coast of Libya, Sunday. Some 23 people have so far been rescued by the Libyan Coast Guard. Diplomatic sources in Tripoli have reported 300 missing persons.
