Sudanese President Omar el-Bashir, Wednesday arrived in Saudi Arabia for a pilgrimage to Mecca, again defying the International Criminal Court (ICC) arrest warrant against him. This is his fifth trip abroad since the arrest warrant was issued on March 4, said the Nouvel Obs.
