The three men who murdered South African international reggae star, Lucky Dube, in 2007, were convicted Thursday and sentenced to life imprisonment by the South Gauteng court. Family members present at the verdict broke down in tears, reported the BBC. “The penalty does not console me, but we are pleased they have been convicted and that justice has been served,” said Zanele Dube, the wife of the singer.
