The Attorney General of South Africa announced Monday that it was dropping corruption charges against Jacob Zuma, the leader of the African National Congress (ANC), The Financial Times has reported. This decision brings an eight year old investigation to an end and allows Jacob Zuma run for presidential elections to be held within three weeks.
