The International Basketball Federation (FIBA) has announced that Angola has climbed two places to take 12th position on the world basket ball ranking list with 206 points. Angola is now ahead of Russia, New Zealand, Brazil, Canada, France among 74 countries. In Africa, the Angolan team is followed by Egypt and Senegal.
