Tough land reforms in South Africa

Land in South Africa remains principally in the hands of white landowners fifteen years after the end of apartheid. In full campaign for the general elections of 22 April, the African National Congress (ANC in government) promised to redistribute 30% of the land to the black population by 2014. According to Camer.be, this project is not feasible.
