An arrest warrant has been issued against the ex president of Madagascar by the transitional authorities, BBC reported this weekend. Malagasy security forces have been ordered to carry out this mandate upon the return of Marc Ravalomanana to the Island, the justice minister of the Transitional Government, Christine Razananahasoa, has said.
