Central Africa: army committed atrocities against civilians

More than 30 people were killed by soldiers of the Army in the village of Sokumba, located about 70 km from the Chadian border, BBC reveals. According to the British channel’s regional correspondent, the Army committed these atrocities in February, after several weeks of fighting between the Central African Armed Forces and a group of rebels.
