A new low-cost airline, Air Arabia Morocco, has just been launched in Morocco. Its maiden flight, scheduled for May 6, will be linking Casablanca to London. Air Arabia Morocco has an initial investment of $50 million of which 51% is made up of Moroccan private Morrocan investments. The new company possesses two Airbus A320 and a third aircraft of the same type is expected in November. According to the founders of Air Arabia Morocco, the company will own a fleet of 16 planes by 2014.
