Laurent Nkunda, the former rebel leader, who has been kept under house arrest in Rwanda, might be extradited to a neutral country, Radio Okapi announced Wednesday. Kinshasa is seeking the extradition of Laurent Nkunda but Kigali has refused to return him to DRC where the death penalty is in force. Justice Ministers of both countries met in Kigali to review the case.
