In the framework of a plan of action “for Moroccans residing abroad,” Morocco plans to construct five cultural centers in Paris, Brussels, Barcelona, Montreal and Tripoli, Wabayn has indicated. The action plan includes a program to teach children the Arabic language as well as their culture of origin. The Moroccan community abroad is now made up of over 3.2 million people.
