Constitutional referendum in the Comoros: more than 90% say “yes”

According to preliminary results from a Constitutional referendum in the Union of Comoros, more than 90% of the population of the population voted “yes” Wednesday to amend the Constitution and extend President Ahmed Abdallah Sambi’s mandate by a year.
