Four foreign employees of a service company in the oil sector, abducted mid-March off the Bakassi Peninsula (southern Cameroon), have been released for a ransom, TV5 reported Tuesday. Although the amount of the ransom has not been clarified, it is widely believed that the kidnappers demanded US $ 500 000.
