Mauritanian Elections: Three opposition groups file an appeal

After denouncing massive fraud during the July 18 presidential election, three candidates filed an appeal Tuesday evening before the Niger Constitutional Council, RFI has reported. They claim to have obtained evidence of massive electoral irregularities.
