Ghana gets back the head of a king beheaded in 1838 by the Dutch

The Dutch government announced Thursday its decision to give back the head of one of the ancient kings of the Gold Coast (now Ghana), beheaded in 1838. The head was preserved in a museum collection in the Netherlands. It had been kept in a jar filled with formalin. According to the Dutch media, Ghanaians have promised to give their late King a proper burial.
