The Malagasy President Andry Rajoelina could not allowed to deliver his speech at the UN on Wednesday. Countries in the Southern African Development Community (SADC) threatened to leave the General Assembly if the Rajoelina spoke, RFI has reported. “The UN can not condone the anti-constitutional changes,” said one diplomat, the source said.
