According to the AFP, Former intelligence chief, Idelphonse Nizeyimana, has been arrested in a guesthouse in downtown Kampala, Uganda. Believed to be one of the most-wanted suspects in the 1994 Rwanda genocide, Nizeyimana faces charges of genocide and crimes against humanity. He is also accused of organizing the killings of thousands of ethnic Tutsi, including the former Queen Rosalie Gicanda, who was shot behind a national museum in Batare. Even though the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR) has yet to confirm the arrest, officials have described the man as a key target.
